- Discounted registrations are non-transferable; transfers allowed 15 days before with full payment.
- The BIB Expo took place one day before the event; there was no expo on the day of the event.
- Bib collection requires a consent letter and a ticket; there is no on-the-spot registration.
- Participants must wear BIBs on chest; disqualification for wearing on back.
- Updates can be sent via registered email; only registered participants are permitted to enter.
- Timing certificate and message sent to registered number on event day.
- Photos available within 24 hours; some on Thrill Zone’s Facebook page same day.

- Physio and medical teams are present at the venue and at various points along the route.
- Hydration stations are every 1-2 kilometers.
